Article R15-37 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The general assembly of sitting and prosecuting magistrates of the court or court of appeal, on the report of the magistrate to whom the application is made, decides on the authorisation by a majority of its members present.

The restricted committee of the general assembly of sitting and prosecuting magistrates, in the courts where its constitution is mandatory, exercises the powers mentioned in the previous paragraph.

The authorised legal entity shall enter into an agreement with the first president and the public prosecutor of the court of appeal in whose jurisdiction its registered office is located, setting out the terms of its involvement.

Article R15-37

L’assemblée générale des magistrats du siège et du parquet du tribunal ou de la cour d’appel, sur le rapport du magistrat saisi de la demande, statue sur l’habilitation à la majorité de ses membres présents.

La commission restreinte de l’assemblée générale des magistrats du siège et du parquet, dans les juridictions où sa constitution est obligatoire, exerce les attributions mentionnées à l’alinéa précédent.

La personne morale habilitée passe, avec le premier président et le procureur général de la cour d’appel dans le ressort de laquelle est situé son siège, une convention déterminant ses conditions d’intervention.
