Article R1511-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Aid for real estate investment that has the effect of increasing the total amount of public aid granted for the same project to more than: Article L. 1511-1-1, aid for property investment that has the effect of bringing the total public aid granted for a single project to more than :

a) €52.5 million in French Guiana and Mayotte;

b) €45 million in Saint-Martin;

c) €37.5 million in Guadeloupe and Réunion;

d) €30 million in Martinique;

e) €11.25 million in the communes listed in Annex 1 to the decree mentioned in Article R. 1511-10 other than those located in the départements mentioned in f of this article;

f) 7.5 million euros in the communes listed in Annex 1 to the decree mentioned in article R. 1511-10 located in the départements of Ille-et-Vilaine, Savoie and Yvelines.

Article R1511-13

Sont soumises à l’obligation de notification à la Commission européenne, préalablement à leur mise en œuvre, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 1511-1-1, les aides à l’investissement immobilier ayant pour effet de porter le total des aides publiques accordées pour un même projet à un montant supérieur à :

a) 52,5 millions d’euros en Guyane et à Mayotte ;

b) 45 millions d’euros à Saint-Martin ;

c) 37,5 millions d’euros en Guadeloupe et à la Réunion ;

d) 30 millions d’euros à la Martinique ;

e) 11,25 millions d’euros dans les communes énumérées à l’annexe 1 au décret mentionné à l’article R. 1511-10 autres que celles situées dans les départements mentionnés au f du présent article ;

f) 7,5 millions d’euros dans les communes énumérées à l’annexe 1 au décret mentionné à l’article R. 1511-10 situées dans les départements d’Ille-et-Vilaine, de Savoie et des Yvelines.
