Article R1522-2 of the French Public Health Code

Title III of Book II of this Part is applicable to Wallis and Futuna, with the exception of articles R. 1232-15 to R. 1232-22, R. 1233-11, R. 1233-12, R. 1235-1 and R. 1235-7 to R. 1235-12, and subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.

Articles R. 1232-4-3 to R. 1232-4-7 and R. 1232-7 are applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Decree No. 2016-1118 of 11 August 2016 relating to the procedures for expressing refusal of organ removal after death.

Le titre III du livre II de la présente partie est applicable à Wallis-et-Futuna, à l’exception des articles R. 1232-15 à R. 1232-22, R. 1233-11, R. 1233-12, R. 1235-1 et R. 1235-7 à R. 1235-12, et sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

Les articles R. 1232-4-3 à R. 1232-4-7 et R. 1232-7 sont applicables aux Iles Wallis et Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2016-1118 du 11 août 2016 relatif aux modalités d’expression du refus de prélèvement d’organes après le décès.
