Article R1523-1 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Chapter II bis of Title II of Book III of this Part shall apply in the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the wording resulting from Decree No 2020-1094 of 27 August 2020, subject to the following adaptations:

For its application in Wallis and Futuna :

a) In Article R. 1322-71, the reference to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency is replaced by the Director of the Health Agency;

b) The second sentence of III of Article R. 1322-73 is deleted.

Les dispositions du chapitre II bis du titre II du livre III de la présente partie sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2020-1094 du 27 août 2020, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

Pour son application à Wallis-et-Futuna :

a) A l’article R. 1322-71, la mention de directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé est remplacée par celle de directeur de l’agence de santé ;

b) La deuxième phrase du III de l’article R. 1322-73 est supprimée.
