Article R1523-2 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The provisions of Chapter III of Title III of Book III of this Part are applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands subject to the adaptations provided for in II:

Article R. 1333-64 shall apply in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Decree no. 2021-684 of 28 May 2021;

II. – In Articles R. 1333-12, R. 1333-19, R. 1333-20, R. 1333-21, R. 1333-35, R. 1333-87, R. 1333-106, R. 1333-138, R. 1333-139, R. 1333-145, R. 1333-169 and R. 1333-173, references to the Labour Code arereplaced by references toArticle 134 of Law No. 52-1322 of 15 December 1952;

2° In Articles R. 1333-7, R. 1333-13, R. 1333-14, R. 1333-37, R. 1333-89, R. 1333-95, R. 1333-101, R. 1333-104, R. 1333-120, R. 1333-121, R. 1333-122, R. 1333-146 and R. 1333-152, R. 1333-153, R. 1333-158 and R. 1333-172, the reference to article L. 1333-9 is deleted;

3° In Articles R. 1333-22, R. 1333-37, R. 1333-73, R. 1333-86, R. 1333-92, R. 1333-97 and R. 1333-100, the words: “l’agence régionale de santé” are replaced by the words: “agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna”;

4° In Articles R. 1333-22, R. 1333-35, R. 1333-83, R. 1333-86, R. 1333-88, R. 1333-91 to R. 1333-95 and R. 1333-97 to R. 1333-101, the words: “the representative of the State in the department” are replaced by the words: “the senior administrator of the territory”;

5° In the absence of adaptation, references made, by provisions of Chapter III of Title III of Book III of this Part of the Code applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands, to provisions which do not apply there are replaced by references to provisions with the same purpose applicable locally.

Article R1523-2

I. – Les dispositions du chapitre III du titre III du livre III de la présente partie sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II :

L’article R. 1333-64 est applicable dans le territoire des îles Wallis-et-Futuna dans sa rédaction résultant du décret n° 2021-684 du 28 mai 2021 ;

2° Aux articles R. 1333-7, R. 1333-13, R. 1333-14, R. 1333-37, R. 1333-89, R. 1333-95, R. 1333-101, R. 1333-104, R. 1333-120, R. 1333-121, R. 1333-122, R. 1333-146 et R. 1333-152, R. 1333-153, R. 1333-158 et R. 1333-172, la référence à l’article L. 1333-9est supprimée;

3° Aux articles R. 1333-22, R. 1333-37, R. 1333-73, R. 1333-86, R. 1333-92, R. 1333-97 et R. 1333-100, les mots : “ l’agence régionale de santé”sont remplacés par les mots : “ agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ” ;

4° Aux articles R. 1333-22, R. 1333-35, R. 1333-83, R. 1333-86, R. 1333-88, R. 1333-91 à R. 1333-95 et de R. 1333-97 à R. 1333-101, les mots : “ le représentant de l’Etat dans le département ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ l’administrateur supérieur du territoire”;

5° En l’absence d’adaptation les références faites, par des dispositions du chapitre III du titre III du livre III de la présente partie du code applicable aux îles Wallis et Futuna, à des dispositions qui n’y sont pas applicables sont remplacées par les références aux dispositions ayant le même objet applicables localement.
