Article R1524-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Le mandat des représentants des collectivités territoriales et de leurs groupements à l’assemblée spéciale prend fin soit qu’ils perdent leur qualité d’élus, soit que l’assemblée délibérante de la collectivité ou du groupement actionnaire les relève de leurs fonctions.

Le mandat du délégué de l’assemblée spéciale prend fin lorsqu’il perd sa qualité d’élu, ou lorsque l’assemblée spéciale le relève de ses fonctions.
