Article R1612-19 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the State representative refers a matter to the regional audit chamber, in accordance with article L. 1612-5, it shall attach to this referral, in addition to the voted budget, all the information and documents used to draw it up.

Lorsque le représentant de l’Etat saisit la chambre régionale des comptes, conformément à l’article L. 1612-5, il joint à cette saisine, outre le budget voté, l’ensemble des informations et documents utilisés pour l’établissement de celui-ci.
