Le nombre total en équivalent temps plein des agents de la fonction publique territoriale mis à disposition au titre de l’article 100 de la loi n° 84-53 du 26 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatifs à la fonction publique territoriale auprès d’organisations syndicales pour exercer un mandat à l’échelon national dont les charges salariales sont remboursées par une dotation particulière prélevée sur les ressources affectées à la dotation globale de fonctionnement est fixé à cent trois auxquels s’ajoutent les agents territoriaux mis à disposition au titre de leur participation au Conseil commun de la fonction publique.
