Article R1614-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The president of the regional council sends the regional prefect the following standardised information relating to the use of the regional apprenticeship and vocational training fund:

1° Information relating to training actions or units: numbers enrolled, trainee hours and regional operating subsidies by type of organisation and training course;

2° Information relating to trainees: socio-demographic characteristics and remuneration;

3° Information relating to apprenticeships provided in the standardised forms relating to each approved apprentice training centre;

4° Financial information relating to actions in terms of reception, guidance, monitoring of training as well as related studies and research;

5° Information relating to investments intended for continuing education bodies and apprentice training centres.

The frequency of transmission of this information is annual. An order of the minister responsible for vocational training sets the date for this transmission as well as the overall data that must be transmitted quarterly.

Le président du conseil régional transmet au préfet de région les informations normalisées suivantes, relatives à l’utilisation du fonds régional de l’apprentissage et de la formation professionnelle :

1° Informations relatives aux actions ou unités de formations : effectifs accueillis, heures-stagiaires et subventions régionales de fonctionnement par type d’organisme et de formation ;

2° Informations relatives aux stagiaires : caractéristiques socio-démographiques et rémunérations ;

3° Informations relatives à l’apprentissage fournies dans les formulaires normalisés relatifs à chaque centre de formation d’apprentis conventionné ;

4° Informations financières relatives aux actions en matière d’accueil, d’orientation, de suivi de la formation ainsi que les études et recherches afférentes ;

5° Informations relatives aux investissements destinés aux organismes de formation continue et aux centres de formation d’apprentis.

La périodicité de la transmission de ces informations est annuelle. Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle fixe la date de cette transmission ainsi que les données globales qui doivent être transmises trimestriellement.
