Article R1614-40-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The presidents of the departmental councils, the presidents of the regional councils and the president of the executive council of Corsica shall transmit each year, before 31 March, to the education authorities, for each local public education establishment under their jurisdiction:

a) The number of physical persons and full-time equivalents assigned to the establishment on 1 January for each of the functions of reception, catering, accommodation and general and technical maintenance;

b) If these reception, catering, accommodation or general and technical maintenance functions are provided, in whole or in part, by an external operator, the amount of annual expenditure, during the previous calendar year, corresponding to the services provided to the establishment for each of these functions. For service contracts covering several establishments or services, an estimate is made of the portion chargeable to the establishment.

The procedures for presenting this information are defined by a joint order of the Minister for Education and the Minister for Agriculture.

Les présidents des conseils départementaux, les présidents des conseils régionaux et le président du conseil exécutif de Corse transmettent chaque année, avant le 31 mars, aux autorités académiques, pour chaque établissement public local d’enseignement qui relève de leur compétence :

a) L’effectif en nombre de personnes physiques et en équivalent temps plein affecté dans l’établissement au 1er janvier pour chacune des fonctions d’accueil, de restauration, d’hébergement et d’entretien général et technique ;

b) Si ces fonctions d’accueil, de restauration, d’hébergement ou d’entretien général et technique sont assurées, en tout ou partie, par un opérateur extérieur, le montant de la dépense annuelle, pendant l’année civile précédente, correspondant aux prestations de service fournies à l’établissement au titre de chacune de ces fonctions. Pour les contrats de service couvrant plusieurs établissements ou services, une estimation est faite de la part imputable à l’établissement.

Les modalités de présentation de ces informations sont définies par un arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de l’éducation et du ministre chargé de l’agriculture.
