Article R1614-45 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The allocation due to each beneficiary commune or public establishment for inter-communal cooperation is intended to compensate for material expenses and expenses for studying and conducting the operation.

This grant is calculated according to a scale set each year by order of the prefect following the opinion of the college of elected representatives of the conciliation commission mentioned in article R. 1614-44, which takes into account the progress of the procedures undertaken and the nature of the documents to be drawn up. This scale may include increases to compensate for the cost of studies linked to the complexity of the documents to be drawn up.

Article R1614-45

La dotation revenant à chaque commune ou à chaque établissement public de coopération intercommunale bénéficiaire est destinée à compenser les dépenses matérielles et les dépenses d’étude et de conduite de l’opération.

Cette dotation est calculée selon un barème fixé chaque année par arrêté du préfet après avis du collège des élus de la commission de conciliation mentionné à l’article R. 1614-44, qui tient compte de l’état d’avancement des procédures engagées et de la nature des documents à établir. Ce barème peut prévoir des majorations pour compenser les dépenses d’études liées à la complexité des documents à établir.
