Article R1614-64 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The appropriations entered in the State budget as part of the general decentralisation grant and intended to compensate for the expenditure of municipal hygiene offices which, on 1 January 1984, the date on which section 4 of title 2 of law no. 83-663 of 22 July 1983 supplementing law no. 83-8 of 7 January 1983 relating to the distribution of powers between municipalities, departments, regions and the State, actually exercised powers in the field of vaccination or disinfection as well as in the field of administrative and technical control of hygiene rules, are distributed among the municipalities concerned in proportion to the average credits allocated for this purpose in 1981, 1982 and 1983 to each of them.

Les crédits inscrits au budget de l’Etat au titre de la dotation générale de décentralisation et destinés à compenser les dépenses des bureaux municipaux d’hygiène qui, au 1er janvier 1984, date d’entrée en vigueur de la section 4 du titre 2 de la loi n° 83-663 du 22 juillet 1983 complétant la loi n° 83-8 du 7 janvier 1983 relative à la répartition de compétences entre les communes, les départements, les régions et l’Etat, exerçaient effectivement des attributions en matière de vaccination ou de désinfection ainsi qu’en matière de contrôle administratif et technique des règles d’hygiène, sont répartis entre les communes intéressées proportionnellement à la moyenne des crédits attribués à ce titre en 1981, 1982 et 1983 à chacune d’entre elles.
