Article R1614-76 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The population to be taken into account for the application of the criteria provided for in this sub-section is that defined in article L. 2334-2.

The surface area to be taken into account for the application of the criteria provided for in this sub-section is the floor area in square metres. This surface area includes the surface areas, if any, required to make the building accessible in accordance with Title VI of the Construction and Housing Code.

La population à prendre en compte pour l’application des critères prévus à la présente sous-section est celle définie à l’article L. 2334-2.

La superficie à prendre en compte pour l’application des critères prévus à la présente sous-section est la surface de plancher en mètres carrés. Cette superficie comprend les surfaces, le cas échéant, nécessaires à la mise en accessibilité prévue au titre VI du code de la construction et de l’habitation.
