Article R1621-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

After receiving the opinion of the national council for the training of local elected representatives mentioned in article L. 1221-1, the minister responsible for local authorities sets, by order:

1° The maximum hourly cost of training courses eligible for the individual right to training for local elected representatives;

>The value of individual rights to training for local elected representatives
2° The value of the individual training entitlements acquired each year by local elected representatives for a period of three years;

3° The maximum amount of entitlement that may be held by each elected representative;

>

The maximum number of participants per local elected representative
4° The maximum number of participants per training session linked to the exercise of the mandate financed in whole or in part by the individual right to training of local elected representatives.

Après avis du conseil national de la formation des élus locaux mentionné à l’article L. 1221-1, le ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales fixe, par arrêté :


1° Le coût horaire maximal des formations éligibles au droit individuel à la formation des élus locaux ;


2° La valeur des droits individuels à la formation acquis chaque année par les élus locaux pour une durée de trois ans ;


3° Le montant maximal des droits susceptibles d’être détenus par chaque élu ;


4° Le nombre maximal de participants par session de formation liée à l’exercice du mandat financée en tout ou partie par le droit individuel à la formation des élus locaux.
