Article R1621-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The manager of the fund mentioned in article L. 1621-4 makes the payment to the training bodies mentioned in the first paragraph of article R. 1621-8 after receipt of the information required to debit the entitlements and verification of the service provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the general conditions of use of the dematerialised service and subject to compliance with the provisions set out in article R. 1621-7 and the implementation deadline set by article R. 1621-8.

Travel and subsistence expenses incurred by local elected representatives in connection with training financed by the fund are paid by the manager of the fund mentioned in article L. 1621-4 upon presentation of a statement of expenses by the local elected representative.

Article R1621-9

Le gestionnaire du fonds mentionné à l’article L. 1621-4 procède au paiement des organismes de formation mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article R. 1621-8 après réception des informations nécessaires au débit des droits et vérification du service fait, selon les modalités prévues aux conditions générales d’utilisation du service dématérialisé et sous réserve du respect des dispositions prévues à l’article R. 1621-7 et du délai de mise en œuvre fixé par l’article R. 1621-8.

Les frais de déplacement et de séjour engagés par les élus locaux dans le cadre d’une formation financée par le fonds sont pris en charge par le gestionnaire du fonds mentionné à l’article L. 1621-4 sur présentation d’un état de frais par l’élu local.
