Notice is given to the heads of the police or gendarmerie services of the place of residence of the person under investigation of any orders subjecting the latter to one of the obligations provided for in 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 8°, 9°, 12°, 14° and 17° of Article 138, as well as any orders abolishing, amending or dispensing with these obligations.
Avis est donné aux chefs des services de police ou de gendarmerie du lieu de résidence de la personne mise en examen de toutes ordonnances soumettant cette derniere à l’une des obligations prévues aux 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 8°, 9°, 12°, 14° et 17° de l’article 138, ainsi que de toutes ordonnances portant suppression, modification ou dispense de ces obligations.
