Article R19 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The deposit provided for in 11° of article 138 (paragraph 2) shall be paid to the revenue agent set up at the court registry of the competent court, to whom the head of this department shall send a copy of the order issued by the investigating judge.

Le cautionnement prévu au 11° de l’article 138 (alinéa 2) est versé au régisseur de recettes installé auprès du secrétariat-greffe de la juridiction compétente auquel le chef de ce service adresse copie de l’ordonnance rendue par le juge d’instruction.
