Judicial officers may not, for any reason or on any pretext whatsoever, demand other or higher fees than those allocated to them by this Title.
By way of derogation from the rule laid down in the preceding paragraph, the costs of documents issued at the request of civil parties after the public prosecution has been extinguished and with a view to obtaining a ruling solely on civil interests shall be fixed in accordance with the tariffs for civil matters.
These costs shall be borne by the parties concerned and shall not be chargeable to the appropriations for criminal justice.
