The court or commission may have access to the surname and first name of the beneficiary of this authorisation through the competent public prosecutor.
In judicial decisions and all procedural acts, including appeals or appeals to the Supreme Court, no mention may be made of the surname and first name of the beneficiary of the authorisation; only his/her administrative registration number, position and department or unit to which he/she is assigned are mentioned.
