Article R210-3 of the French Commercial code

When the other formalities for the formation of the company have been completed, a notice is inserted in a medium authorised to receive legal announcements in the département of the registered office.

This notice is signed by the notary who received the company deed or in whose minutes it was filed; in other cases, it is signed by one of the founders or the first partners who has received a special power of attorney for this purpose.
