Article R212-7-10 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

At least five days before the meeting, the members of the Commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique will receive, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the agenda, together with the investigation reports drawn up as part of the investigation provided for in article R. 212-7-8.

The communication of these documents to the local elected representatives called to sit on the departmental cinematographic development commission is equivalent to transmission to their representatives.

Cinq jours au moins avant la réunion, les membres de la commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique reçoivent, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, communication de l’ordre du jour, accompagné des rapports d’instruction élaborés dans le cadre de l’instruction prévue à l’article R. 212-7-8.


La communication de ces documents aux élus locaux appelés à siéger à la commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique vaut transmission à leurs représentants.
