The prescription is validated within a maximum of fifteen days of receipt.
Within a maximum period of three months following validation of the pathway prescription by the designated structure, the child and his/her family are welcomed for an assessment by a professional contributing to the diagnosis within one of the structures of the platform mentioned in article R. 2135-1, or by a professional mentioned in III of article R. 2135-2.
An initial summary meeting is organised with the child and his/her family within one of the platform’s structures no later than six months after the first intervention by a professional contributing to the diagnosis.
The assessment and early intervention programme lasts for a maximum of one year, renewable once under the conditions set out in Article R. 2135-1.
The reports of the assessments and interventions carried out by the professionals under contract with the designated structure are sent to the structure, to the family and to the child’s GP or the GP designated by the family.
