Article R214-133 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The founders are convened to the constituent general meeting by registered letter with return receipt requested at least eight days before the date of the meeting.

Subject to the written agreement of the founders concerned and subject to compliance with the eight-day time limit, the meeting may also be convened by electronic means.

Les fondateurs sont convoqués à l’assemblée générale constitutive par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception huit jours au moins avant la date de l’assemblée.

Sous réserve de l’accord écrit des fondateurs intéressés et sous respect du délai de huit jours, cette convocation peut également être faite par voie électronique.
