Article R216-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In the event of the opening of a judicial investigation, an advance of up to Iaah2 may be granted by the investigating judge to the ad hoc administrator, at his request, if the latter submits, during the course of his assignment and at least six months after his appointment, a report summarising the steps taken and the formalities completed.

En cas d’ouverture d’une information judiciaire, une provision d’un montant maximum de Iaah2 peut être accordée par le juge d’instruction à l’administrateur ad hoc, sur sa demande, si ce dernier remet en cours de mission et au moins six mois après sa désignation, un rapport récapitulant les démarches effectuées et les formalités accomplies.
