The doctor who draws up the detailed certificate provided for in article 431 of the Civil Code shall receive, by way of fees, the sum of €160.
When the doctor, requested by the public prosecutor or appointed by the guardianship judge, provides evidence that he or she was unable to draw up this certificate due to the failure of the person to be protected or protected, he or she is awarded a fixed fee of €30.
The doctor who draws up the opinion mentioned in articles 426 and 432 as well as the first paragraph of article 494-4 of the civil code shall receive, by way of fees, where this opinion is not included in the certificate referred to in the first paragraph, the sum of €25.
When the doctor, requested by the public prosecutor or commissioned by the guardianship judge to draw up the certificate or opinion mentioned in the first and third paragraphs, provides evidence that he has had to travel to the place where the person to be protected or protected resides for this purpose, he receives, in addition to his fees and on production of supporting documents, reimbursement of his travel expenses, calculated in accordance with the conditions laid down for travel by Group II civil servants.
