Article R22 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Notice shall be given to the investigating judge by the court clerk of any failures or delays in the payment of the bond.

Notice of the payment itself shall be given without delay to the examining magistrate by the court clerk, where release with judicial supervision is subject to this payment under the conditions provided for by articles 147 and 148.

Il est donné avis au juge d’instruction par le greffier des défauts ou retards de versement du cautionnement.

Avis du versement lui-même est donné sans délai au juge d’instruction par le greffier, lorsqu’une mise en liberté assortie du contrôle judiciaire est subordonnée à ce versement dans les conditions prévues par les articles 147 et 148.
