Article R221-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The person appointed by the judge to hear the minor, pursuant to article 388-1 of the Civil Code, is allocated, in addition to the reimbursement of his or her travel expenses calculated in accordance with the conditions laid down for travel by civil servants, a fixed fee set by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Budget.

When this person has been unable to carry out his duties due to the failure of the minor to comply with the summons, he will be allocated a fixed allowance, the amount of which is set by the same order.

Article R221-1

Il est alloué à la personne désignée par le juge pour entendre le mineur, en application de l’ article 388-1 du code civil , en sus du remboursement de ses frais de déplacement calculés dans les conditions fixées pour les déplacements des personnels civils de l’Etat, une rémunération forfaitaire fixée par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre chargé du budget.

Lorsque cette personne n’a pu remplir sa mission en raison de la carence du mineur qui n’a pas déféré aux convocations, elle se voit allouer une indemnité forfaitaire dont le montant est fixé par le même arrêté.
