Article R221-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée must be informed of any changes to the information provided in support of the initial declaration within three months.
If the holder of the declaration receipt ceases to operate, he must inform the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée within six months.

Article R221-4

Toute modification des renseignements fournis à l’appui de la déclaration initiale est communiquée au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée dans un délai de trois mois.
En cas de cessation de son activité, le titulaire du récépissé de déclaration en informe le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée dans un délai de six mois.
