Article R222-11 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

In the absence of a writ of execution, an application may be made for an injunction to deliver or return a specific item of movable property.
The application is made to the enforcement judge in the place where the debtor resides. Any clause to the contrary is deemed null and void. The court hearing the case must declare of its own motion that it does not have jurisdiction.

A défaut de titre exécutoire, il peut être présenté une requête à fin d’injonction d’avoir à délivrer ou restituer un bien meuble déterminé.
La requête est portée devant le juge de l’exécution du lieu où demeure le débiteur. Toute clause contraire est réputée non avenue. Le juge saisi est tenu de relever d’office son incompétence.
