Article R224-1 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

The seizure of assets placed in a safe belonging to a third party is carried out by a bailiff’s deed served on the third party.
Under penalty of nullity, this document shall contain:
1° The name and domicile of the debtor and, in the case of a legal entity, its name and registered office;
2° A reference to the title under which the seizure is made;
3° An injunction to prohibit all access to the safe, except in the presence of the bailiff.
The third party must provide the bailiff with the identification of the safe. This is mentioned in the document.

La saisie des biens placés dans un coffre-fort appartenant à un tiers s’effectue par acte d’huissier de justice signifié à ce tiers.
Cet acte contient à peine de nullité :
1° Les nom et domicile du débiteur et, s’il s’agit d’une personne morale, sa dénomination et son siège social ;
2° La référence au titre en vertu duquel la saisie est pratiquée ;
3° Une injonction d’interdire tout accès au coffre, si ce n’est en présence de l’huissier de justice.
Le tiers est tenu de fournir à l’huissier de justice l’identification de ce coffre. Il en est fait mention dans l’acte.
