Article R224-2 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In addition, the following are subject to the certification procedure provided for in article R. 225:

1° The costs listed in article R. 93 that are subject to a fee structure set by a regulatory provision;

2° The State’s contributory share in the remuneration of court officers in matters of legal aid;

3° Costs assimilated to criminal, correctional and police court costs, other than those mentioned in 1° and 2° of this article, which are less than an amount set by order of the Minister of Justice.

Article R224-2

Relèvent en outre de la procédure de certification prévue à l’article R. 225 :

1° Les frais énumérés à l’article R. 93 faisant l’objet d’une tarification fixée par une disposition réglementaire ;

2° La part contributive de l’Etat à la rétribution des auxiliaires de justice en matière d’aide juridictionnelle ;

3° Les frais assimilés aux frais de justice criminelle, correctionnelle et de police, autres que ceux mentionnés aux 1° et 2° du présent article, qui sont inférieurs à un montant fixé par arrêté du ministre de la justice.
