Article R225-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Articles D. 224-4 and D. 224-5, article R. 224-13 for sub-accounts opened in the form of a securities account and articles R. 224-14 to R. 224-17 for sub-accounts opened in the form of a group insurance contract shall apply to the French sub-account of the pan-European individual retirement savings product mentioned in article L. 225-1. 224-17 for sub-accounts opened in the form of a group insurance contract.

For the application of the first paragraph:

1° The reference to the manager is replaced by the reference to the provider of the French sub-account of the pan-European individual retirement savings product;

2° References to the plan or retirement savings plan are replaced by references to the French sub-account of the pan-European individual retirement savings product.

Article R225-2

Sont applicables au sous-compte français du produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle mentionné à l’article L. 225-1, les articles D. 224-4 et D. 224-5, l’article R. 224-13 pour les sous-comptes ouverts sous la forme d’un compte-titres et les articles R. 224-14 à R. 224-17 pour les sous-comptes ouverts sous la forme d’un contrat d’assurance de groupe.

Pour l’application du premier alinéa :

1° La référence au gestionnaire est remplacée par la référence au fournisseur du sous-compte français du produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle ;

2° Les références au plan ou au plan d’épargne retraite sont remplacées par la référence au sous-compte français du produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle.
