The Board of Directors, after consultation with the directors concerned, shall determine the training organisation(s) or centre(s) responsible for providing the training.
At the end of the training course, the training organisation or centre shall issue a certificate of attendance, which the person concerned shall give to his employer.
Le conseil d’administration, après avis des administrateurs concernés, détermine le ou les organismes ou centres de formation chargés de dispenser la formation.
L’organisme ou le centre de formation délivre, à la fin de la formation, une attestation d’assiduité que l’intéressé remet à son employeur.
