Article R225-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The provider of the pan-European individual retirement savings product has two months from receipt of the request from the retirement savings plan manager to provide the latter with the information mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 225-4.

Le fournisseur du produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle dispose d’un délai de deux mois, à compter de la réception de la demande du gestionnaire du plan d’épargne retraite, pour communiquer à ce dernier les informations mentionnées au second alinéa de l’article L. 225-4.
