Article R23-112-15 of the French Labour Code

Disputes relating to the appointment of members of the joint regional cross-industry committees fall within the jurisdiction of the judicial court, which has final jurisdiction.

Disputes are referred to the court by means of a petition. The application is admissible only if it is made within fifteen days of the publication provided for in article R. 23-112-14 before the judicial court within whose jurisdiction the regional directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment has its registered office.

Les contestations relatives à la désignation des membres des commissions paritaires régionales interprofessionnelles sont de la compétence du tribunal judiciaire, qui statue en dernier ressort.

Le tribunal est saisi des contestations par voie de requête. La requête n’est recevable que si elle est faite dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de la publication prévue à l’article R. 23-112-14 devant le tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel la direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi a son siège.
