The terms and conditions for the organisation and running of electoral operations on which no agreement has been reached are set, pursuant to Article L. 2314-28, by the President of the Tribunal Judiciaire.
The president of the court of first instance shall give the final ruling in accordance with the accelerated procedure on the merits.
