Article R2314-22 of the French Labour Code

A copy of the minutes of the elections to the social and economic committee or a copy of the minutes of the failure to act is sent by the employer to the service provider acting on behalf of the Minister for Employment within fifteen days of the elections being held, using an approved form.

In the event of electronic transmission, the teleservice set up by the service provider acting on behalf of the Minister responsible for labour complies with the general security reference system provided for inarticle 9 of order no. 2005-1516 of 8 December 2005 relating to electronic exchanges between users and administrative authorities and between administrative authorities.

The list of the names of the members of each social and economic committee is displayed in the work premises. It shall indicate the usual working location of the committee members and, where applicable, their participation in one or more of the committee’s committees.

Un exemplaire du procès-verbal des élections au comité social et économique ou un exemplaire du procès-verbal de carence est transmis par l’employeur au prestataire agissant pour le compte du ministre chargé du travail dans les quinze jours suivant la tenue de ces élections au moyen d’un formulaire homologué.

En cas de transmission par la voie électronique, le téléservice mis en place par le prestataire agissant pour le compte du ministre chargé du travail respecte le référentiel général de sécurité prévu à l’article 9 de l’ordonnance n° 2005-1516 du 8 décembre 2005 relative aux échanges électroniques entre les usagers et les autorités administratives et entre les autorités administratives.

La liste nominative des membres de chaque comité social et économique est affichée dans les locaux affectés au travail. Elle indique l’emplacement de travail habituel des membres du comité ainsi que, le cas échéant, leur participation à une ou plusieurs commissions du comité.
