Article R232-19-1 of the French Commercial code

For the application of the provisions of the last paragraph of I of article L. 232-21, a copy of the management report shall be delivered to any person, at his own expense, at the company’s registered office upon simple request. The cost of delivery may not exceed the cost of reproduction. The interested party is advised, at the time of his request, of the total amount of the fees to be paid, which may be required in advance.

Pour l’application des dispositions du dernier alinéa du I de l’article L. 232-21, une copie du rapport de gestion est délivrée à toute personne, à ses frais, au siège de la société sur simple demande. Les frais de délivrance ne peuvent excéder le coût de la reproduction. L’intéressé est avisé, lors de sa demande, du montant total des frais à acquitter dont le paiement préalable peut être exigé.
