Article R232-20 of the French Commercial code

As soon as the filing provided for in Article L. 232-22, the Registrar of the Commercial Court shall cause to be inserted in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales a notice worded as follows:

“SARL… with its registered office at…, whose unique identification number is…., has filed with the clerk of the commercial court of…, where it is registered in the trade and companies register, the annual financial statements (consolidated financial statements) and reports for the year ended… pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 232-22. “

Dès le dépôt prévu à l’article L. 232-22, le greffier du tribunal de commerce fait insérer au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales un avis ainsi rédigé :

” La SARL… ayant son siège à…, dont le numéro unique d’identification est…., a déposé au greffe du tribunal de commerce de…, où elle est immatriculée au registre du commerce et des sociétés, les comptes annuels (les comptes consolidés) et les rapports de l’exercice clos le… en application des dispositions de l’article L. 232-22. “
