Article R2324-3 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation referred to in Article L. 2324-1 is granted by the President of the Departmental Council only if :

1° The establishment has secured the assistance of a doctor qualified in paediatrics ;

2° The staff attached to the establishment have the required health, moral and professional guarantees;

3° The premises meet the technical hygiene and safety conditions required by the regulations in force;

4° The internal regulations have been approved by the President of the Departmental Council.

Article R2324-3

L’autorisation mentionnée à l’article L. 2324-1 n’est accordée par le président du conseil départemental que si :

1° L’établissement s’est assuré le concours d’un médecin qualifié en pédiatrie ;

2° Le personnel attaché à l’établissement présente les garanties sanitaires, morales et professionnelles exigées ;

3° Les locaux satisfont aux conditions techniques d’hygiène et de sécurité requises par la réglementation en vigueur ;

4° Le règlement intérieur a été agréé par le président du conseil départemental.
