I.-In order to meet fluctuating childcare needs, in particular those linked to the characteristics of the economic activity in the area in which it is located, any childcare establishment or service for young children may operate on a seasonal or occasional basis, up to a limit of 210 days per year and 150 consecutive days.
Any seasonal or one-off establishment or service as described in the previous paragraph must comply with the regulations specific to the type of establishment to which it belongs under II of article R. 2324-17, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.
II.-Seasonal or one-off establishments or services fall into one of the following categories:
1° Seasonal or one-off establishments or services with fewer than twenty-five places;
2° Seasonal or one-off establishments or services with twenty-five places or more.
