Article R2331-1 of the French Labour Code

The request for inclusion in a group, referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 2331-2, is sent by the head of the company concerned to the head of the dominant company. This request is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Notification of the decision by the head of the dominant undertaking is sent in the same form.

Article R2331-1

La demande d’inclusion dans un groupe, mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2331-2, est transmise par le chef de l’entreprise intéressée au chef de l’entreprise dominante. Cette demande est adressée par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception.
La notification de la décision du chef de l’entreprise dominante est adressée dans la même forme.
