Article R251-2 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

In the event that several creditors have come forward within the time limit, the agent responsible for the sale shall draw up a proposal for the distribution of the price between the creditors.
The plan is drawn up on the basis of the information contained in the summons to pay, in the objection documents and, where applicable, the information required by articles R. 522-13 and R. 522-14. The costs incurred and interest accrued since these acts are taken into account.

Article R251-2

Dans le cas où plusieurs créanciers se sont manifestés dans les délais impartis, l’agent chargé de la vente élabore un projet de répartition du prix entre les créanciers.
Le projet est élaboré au vu des indications qui figurent dans le commandement de payer, dans les actes d’opposition et, le cas échéant, des indications prescrites par les articles R. 522-13 et R. 522-14. Il est tenu compte des frais encourus et des intérêts échus depuis ces actes.
