Article R3111-27 of the French Public Health Code

A claim for compensation for damage considered to be attributable to a compulsory vaccination must be sent to the Office national d’indemnisation des accidents médicaux, des affections iatrogènes et des infections nosocomiales (National Office for Compensation for Medical Accidents, Iatrogenic Diseases and Nosocomial Infections) referred to in article L. 1142-22, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or lodged with the secretariat of the Office in return for a receipt.

It shall be accompanied by a file stating that the vaccination was compulsory, having regard, where appropriate, to the victim’s professional activity, the injections given and the nature of the damage attributed to the vaccination.

The Office will acknowledge receipt of the file and request any missing documents.

Article R3111-27

La demande en vue de l’indemnisation d’un dommage considéré comme imputable à une vaccination obligatoire est adressée à l’Office national d’indemnisation des accidents médicaux, des affections iatrogènes et des infections nosocomiales mentionné à l’article L. 1142-22, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, ou déposée auprès du secrétariat de l’office contre récépissé.

Elle est accompagnée d’un dossier rapportant le caractère obligatoire de la vaccination, eu égard, s’il y a lieu, à l’activité professionnelle de la victime, la réalisation des injections et la nature du dommage imputé à la vaccination.

L’office accuse réception du dossier et, le cas échéant, demande les pièces manquantes.
