Article R3113-1 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Diseases that warrant urgent local, national or international intervention are reported to the regional health agency under the conditions set out in article R. 3113-3.

II-Cases of disease requiring special surveillance for the protection of public health are reported to the National Public Health Agency under the conditions laid down in article R. 3113-4.

Article R3113-1

I.-Les cas de maladies qui justifient une intervention urgente locale, nationale ou internationale sont signalés à l’agence régionale de santé dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 3113-3.

II.-Les cas de maladie qui exigent une surveillance particulière pour la protection de la santé publique sont signalés à l’Agence nationale de santé publique dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 3113-4.
