Article R3115-59 of the French Public Health Code

I. – When it has been established by mutual agreement that the operating conditions of a centre no longer comply with the technical conditions laid down in sub-section 2 of this section, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall give the centre formal notice to comply with these conditions within a period of time that he/she shall specify.

II. – If the formal notice is not acted upon within the time limit set, the designation is withdrawn by order of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

III. – In an emergency, the designation may be suspended immediately.

I. – Lorsqu’il a été constaté de manière contradictoire que les conditions de fonctionnement d’un centre ne répondent plus aux conditions techniques fixées à la sous-section 2 de la présente section, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé met en demeure le centre de s’y conformer dans le délai qu’il fixe.

II. – Si la mise en demeure n’est pas suivie d’effet dans le délai imparti, la désignation est retirée par arrêté du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

III. – En cas d’urgence, la désignation peut être suspendue sans délai.
