Article R3115-69 of the French Public Health Code

Operators of means of transport and persons working at a point of entry and appearing on the list mentioned in article R. 3115-8 are required to report to the regional health agency, via the coordinator of the point of entry designated in article R. 3115-8, any event likely to encourage the international spread of disease.

Les exploitants de moyens de transports et les personnes intervenant sur un point d’entrée et figurant sur la liste mentionnée à l’article R. 3115-8 sont tenus de signaler à l’agence régionale de santé, par l’intermédiaire du coordonnateur du point d’entrée désigné à l’article R. 3115-8, tout événement susceptible de favoriser la propagation internationale de maladies.
