Article R3116-3 of the French Public Health Code

Any person responsible for an establishment or organisation mentioned in article L. 3111-4 who fails to ensure that the establishment or organisation covers the costs of the vaccinations provided for in the said article is liable to a 5th class fine.

Est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe le fait pour le responsable d’un établissement ou organisme mentionné à l’article L. 3111-4 de ne pas assurer la prise en charge par l’établissement ou l’organisme des dépenses entraînées par les vaccinations prévues audit article.
