Article R3121-30 of the French Labour Code

In the case of individualised working hours, in the absence of an agreement as provided for in 1° of Article L. 3121-51, the number of hours carried over from one week to another may not exceed three, and the total number of hours carried over may not exceed ten.

En cas d’horaires individualisés, à défaut d’accord prévu au 1° de l’article L. 3121-51, le report d’heures d’une semaine à une autre ne peut excéder trois heures et le cumul des reports ne peut avoir pour effet de porter le total des heures reportées à plus de dix.
