Article R3121-43 of the French Public Health Code

In the free information, screening and diagnostic centres referred to in article L. 3121-2, the medicines required for the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, emergency contraception and the treatment of any serious adverse reactions referred to in the same article are dispensed by a pharmacist registered in section E or section H of the Ordre national des pharmaciens.

If the approved establishment is a health establishment, this dispensing is carried out by the in-house pharmacy, or failing this, in accordance with the procedure laid down in article L. 5126-6.

Dans les centres gratuits d’information, de dépistage et de diagnostic mentionnés à l’article L. 3121-2, la dispensation des médicaments nécessaires pour la prévention, le traitement des infections sexuellement transmissibles, la contraception d’urgence ainsi que pour le traitement des éventuelles réactions indésirables graves prévue au même article est effectuée par un pharmacien inscrit au tableau de la section E ou de la section H de l’Ordre national des pharmaciens.

Si l’établissement habilité est un établissement de santé, cette dispensation est assurée par la pharmacie à usage intérieur, ou à défaut, selon la procédure prévue à l’article L. 5126-6.
